This is a template for Teepublic store banners / cover images.

This template is useful – even necessary – because the way Teepublic displays banners, some areas WILL get covered up – and you can avoid placing important image parts in these areas using a template.

This template matches the Teepublic banner image dimensions of 1000x300px.

Teepublic will partly obscure your banner with your profile icon, your name, and your location. Also, the sides of the banner get cropped. The areas that get obscured change depending on your screen size. This template uses coloured areas to show the parts of the images that are cropped or covered:

Green: always visible
Red: Obscured when on very small, narrow screen, like a mobile phone.
Orange: Obscured when on a vertical rectangular screen, like an iPad tablet
Yellow: Obscured when on a wide screen, like a desktop computer

Comes in 2 formats:
* Layered PSD file, made using Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 and saved for Maximised Compatibility. The guide text, and coloured areas, are all on separate layers which can be hidden, unhidden, or changed opacity to aid your work
* Semi-Transparent PNG file, which you can import into any software that supports image layers. Put it over your art, adjust your art, then delete the template layer.

Both files come compressed in a .zip folder, which you’ll need to unzip to access the files. A free unzipping software is 7zip.
